Imagine all of heaven thrilled at the birth of Jesus, while here on earth selfish and world-engrossed hearts were untouched by that joy.
The Bible tells the story not of people searching for God, but rather of God searching for people.
Only the One who knew the great depth of God’s love could reveal it to us. Jesus had to come to save us and in the process reveal to us what God is truly like.
Turns out you’re not the only one who had to deal with family drama. But don’t lose hope, God is able to save us and make us a blessing despited all the drama. God does not shy away from messy lives, but rather immerses Himself in it and saves us.
We finally arrived at the birth of Jesus! Many of us who grew up Christians run the danger of being "too familiar" with this story to the point that it loses its impact. I hope this study will help develop some new perspectives of this incredible event!
