As I write this, there has been a wave of Christians claiming that the rapture is taking place either today or tomorrow. In light of that, I highly recommend my series on Bible prophecy. If you want to discuss any of those topics in more depth, feel free to reply to this email.

Last week, I spent Sunday through Thursday with the 7th-and 8th-grade students from Boise Valley Adventist School at Yellowstone National Park for outdoor school.

Pondering questions of why God allows evil and suffering is a worthwhile pursuit. It is definitely a complex topic. I address this in part in my post How Evil Entered Our World. There is also an interesting take on our personal responsibility in the face of evil, as shared in this short video. I share this not because I agree with everything said on the video, but because I think valid points are made.
